Delivery Information
Delivery countries: We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that your order has been registered in our system and we have started processing it.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive your tracking code by email within 24 hours after your parcel has left our warehouse.
Delivery Times
Below you will find the average delivery time for all our parcels:
If the order is placed before 12:00 (GMT), it will be processed the same day:
- Processing time: 1 to 2 days (Monday to Friday)
- Delivery time: 2 to 4 days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all UK orders.
Delayed Orders
If the maximum processing and delivery times have been exceeded and your order has not yet arrived, please do not worry. Wait another two days and check your tracking number. If your parcel still has not been delivered, please contact us with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Have you received your parcel, but is it damaged or are the items incorrect (wrong size, wrong colour, etc.)? No problem! Take photos of the issue, briefly explain the situation, and contact us with your order number.
